I’m Ben Housego,

My journey into energy medicine began in 2019 when my father was diagnosed with brain cancer. A friend recommended that he see an energy healer to help alleviate the side effects of his illness.

Following my father's passing, I experienced debilitating chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. After just one session with the same healer, my pain was remarkably alleviated. Through this experience, I discovered the profound connection between emotional stress and trauma related to my loss and its impact on the body.

Since that initial session, I have been obsessed with and passionate about energy medicine, exploring various modalities including Usui Reiki, Chinese Medicine/Qi Gong healing, Ayurveda, sound healing, and Angel healing.

My current practice is the culmination of five years of dedicated study and over 500 hours of clinical experience. I employ an integrative treatment approach that combines multiple modalities to address the specific symptoms of the mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of Energy Medicine I am an avid musician / electronic music producer & co-run an underground record label.
